Basically,we will divide the offers into different departments according to your item,amount and market.Because our Im/Ex office is located in Shenzhen,China,every items must be sent from China.
We have three method to ship the cargo,by container,by air and by express.The freight of the items are different.Normally the container shipping is the cheapest,then the air,the highest is the espress.While the delivering speed is the opposite,the fastest one is the express,then the air,the slowest is the container shipping.Depending on the different country,the freight and the delivering date are different,too.
Sometimes the items has the storage,we can despatch you the order at once.When the storage is sold up,we must arrange the new production.In this case,pls kindly wait.We will appreciate your understanding and patience.
Normally we don¡¯t have the minimum order amount,but because of the high shipping cost and long delivering time,we hope you can order more in one time to save the cost and the time.
For the order which is over 100 sets,the payment is that 30% before the order,the 70% to the shipping B/L,or before the air or express.
For the order which is below 100 sets,the payment is total amount before the order despatching.
If you order over 500 sets,we will involve you into the big customer group,we can deal the order and admit the debts by monthly.We can discuss this later,after several normal orders.
